  Really good sub sandwich. They use fresh ingredients with easy  pickups and great friendly service. I have ordered several different sandwiches and the have all bee very good.

  Came here for quick lunch before headed into work.
  
  Parking lot was pretty full, once inside it took several minutes while I was standing in front of register before I was greeted.  Once they did the staff was friendly and quickly took my order & had my sandwich ready literally in 1 Minute, super fast!  
  
  Unfortunately they did not ask me if meal was for here or to go so they did not offer me a bag to take meal to work.
  
  I ordered the Italian Night Club combo with Jalapeño Chips & Drink.  The sandwich was ok but some of the meat felt like it was out in the open a little bit longer than usual.  Tried their new Kickin' Ranch & was actually pretty good.
  
  Overall the vibe in restaurant was good & staff was nice, just a few minor adjustments in attention to detail can easily have them at 5 stars with the quickness & effectiveness they have at preparing food.

  I have NEVER had an issue with this place....
  
  ...until tonight.
  
  My phone record shows that I made the call for delivery at 8:49pm. Keep in mind, I haven't eaten all day and am starving at this point. I haven't been able to order from Jimmy Johns in 4 YEARS because they only deliver nearby within 2 mi.
  
  I was jonesing for a Beach Club, or at least what i remember a Beach Club to be. We used to order all the time at my old apartment. It was delicious!
  
  Tonight, I'm severely disappointed and wanted to cry because I got NOTHING that I wanted this delivery to be.
  
  First, the bread was hard as a ROCK. I knocked on it with my closed fist and it didn't make a dent. They were extremely stingy with the filling and I paid for extra AVOCADO but my sister's sandwich had barely anything on it and my sandwich had barely any avocado on HALF of the sandwich. Not to mention it was dry as hell because there was barely any mayo. I know i said I'm not as crazy about mayo as my sister (who actually got extra) but that's a bit ridiculous. I made it halfway through and gave the rest to the dogs. They're used to hard food.
  
  Secondly, the very first thing I told the manager when I called to order was I want to make these combos, yet we only got ONE bag of chips for two combos. Even if I may have forgotten to say what kind of chips (although I'm certain I said jalapeño) why wouldn't you just throw in another bag of barbecue chips like the one that was in it?
  
  Third, I thought I could get a little happiness from my drink. I ordered a Powerade with no ice (because I'm currently battling a kidney stone). I took one teeny tiny sip and immediately said "what the fuck is this? Blue water" to my sister. She tastes it as well and came to the conclusion that there was indeed NO FLAVOR in it.
  
  So bummer on dinner. $23 wasted.
  
  The only thing that gets me through the night now is laughing at the idiot delivery boy. Our apartment is the easiest to find. This fool enter the complex and as soon as I saw him enter I ran out, waving my hands at his rear view mirror to no avail. He continued go straight back and when he came back around finally I said "hey!!!" as he was making round two around the complex. Took him a while and I guess he decided to park because there he was finally, walking and tried to hand me two drinks and get me to sign the receipt. As he's trying to hand me the receipt, I look where he's holding drinks but no sandwiches and he said "oh. You're probably gonna need sandwiches too huh." And then motioned like he wanted me to sign the receipt first. I said "I'm not signing anything until I have my FOOD." He sat my drinks on my back of my car, leaving a soda ring on it. Came back 5 min later with the sandwiches. Joke was on him. He only got a $1 tip.
  
  I don't care what anyone says! Even if you hate your job, you be the BEST at it! No excuses!
  
  If I wanted a lousy, handmade turkey sandwich with no avocado, I would've just eaten what we already have here at home, not waste $23 on a combo I didn't get even get and extra avocado my sister didn't get.
  
  It was 100% much better 4 YEARS ago.
  
  This was, by far, my WORST jimmy johns experience EVER. Hands down.
  
  PS: I didn't want to give them ANY rating but Yelp made me.

  This was one of my favorite sandwich place. But recently they have gotten my order wrong twice, even though the receipt shows the correct order! Correct sandwich but missing the add-ons.
